IE Icon on Vista desktop

-run Regedit
-HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\
Explorer\HideDesktopIcons\NewStartPanel
-create new DWORD (32bit) name {871C5380-42A0-1069-A2EA-08002B30309D}
do not forget the curly bracket {}
-set its value to 0
-refresh desktop by pressing F5. IE icon will be on you desktop now.
